Leadership can be isolating. You’re often holding responsibility for people, decisions, and outcomes, without always having the time or space to properly process them. It can also feel risky to voice uncertainty, and the people around you don’t always have the capacity to support you in the way you need.

Coaching supports you to make sense of what’s happening, strengthen your judgement, and lead with more confidence and intention.

Coaching is delivered over a series of six fortnightly sessions, giving you the time and space to reflect, take action, and build momentum between conversations.

We begin with a slightly longer first session, where I get to know you and what you’re navigating. Ahead of this, you’ll complete a short intake form, and together we’ll define what you want to achieve and the steps needed to move towards it.

Each session builds on the last. You’ll be encouraged to take action between sessions, with time set aside beforehand to reflect on your progress. This ensures our conversations are focused, relevant, and grounded in what’s actually happening.

You’ll also have access to me between sessions via WhatsApp or email, so you’re supported as situations arise, not just when we’re scheduled to speak.
