How to Work with Me

Many of my clients have me on hand for ongoing, monthly retainer services. This enables me to build long-term relationships and trust with you and your managers. I can provide you with a bundle of services from training and coaching to consultancy.

I ask for for a minimum engagement of at least 2 days per month.

You may already have solid contracts and watertight handbooks and are ready to tackle bigger picture projects. Together we determine what specific projects you require my support with and a fee is estimated on a case by case basis, depending on scope of work.
