Leadership Training for new and emerging hospitality leaders

Good leadership is inspiring leadership.

Leadership that has a positive impact requires more - because the world demands it, and our industry needs it.

It requires managers who understand that their behaviour, actions, and decisions are all forms of communication and that consistency across these is what builds trust. Leaders lead by example.

It also requires the ability to communicate what can often feel complex into something clear and accessible, so that every member of the team understands what’s expected, regardless of their experience or background.

Small, comfortable group trainings

I deliver training in small groups, creating space for even the most introverted team members to feel comfortable contributing.

Sessions draw on the experience of the group and are grounded in how adults learn; practical, relevant, and rooted in real situations. Managers are encouraged to bring current challenges into the discussion, or raise them privately, so the work is directly relevant to what you’re facing day to day, while being introduced to simple frameworks and models they can use beyond the session.

This ensures the training is not theoretical, but immediately applicable supporting managers to lead with more clarity and confidence on the floor.

Sessions include; learning the importance of effective communication, the responsibility of leadership, delegation, giving feedback, developing your leadership style and managing up and across.
