From there, I work with your managers to ensure onboarding and training are consistently delivered. This includes putting in place a clear onboarding flow, defining ownership for who is responsible for what, and creating simple systems that make it easy to send, receive, and follow up on all required documents.

We also establish a rhythm for ongoing training, so it doesn’t fall away once someone has started, and ensure there are feedback loops in place so the system continues to improve over time.

The result is a training approach that is actually used and is consistent across your business.
