I’ve worked in hospitality my entire career—starting in the dish pit.
I offer leadership development programs—through group workshops and one-on-one coaching—designed specifically for hospitality managers. These sessions are grounded in the real-world pressures of our industry and tailored to help leaders grow in confidence, clarity, and communication.
From new supervisors to senior managers, I create learning environments that feel safe, real, and relevant. The work is structured, practical, and human—anchored in over 20 years of hospitality leadership experience and shaped by contemporary thinkers like Brené Brown and Simon Sinek.
My career history includes opening restaurants for St John, Angela Hartnett and Jamie Oliver. I led the People Department for JKS Restaurants (Lyle’s, Kitchen Table, Gymkhana, etc.).
As a female-owned business, I bring a perspective that’s often underrepresented in hospitality leadership—one that values emotional intelligence, trust, and inclusive ways of working and is ground and centre for my advisory, coaching and mentoring services.
